Hello, please if you can help me I have this error when I take a full backup of a VM this Job advances 36% then I get this error. Maybe someone had experience with that error.

Just looking over other cases with that error in the internal support system and there are over 3000 hits and they all have very different solutions to the problem. This error is very generic and needs a deep dive to troubleshoot.
Please raise these kinds of environmental specific errors to support as Community is better targeted as a FAQ.
