Hi @Fadi Alhroub,

Thanks for joining and reaching out the Metallic community!

You can use this link after login to the ThreatWise tile: [https://%3cCustomerTennant%3e.threatwise.metallic.io/TSOC-Help-Hosted/Content/DeceptionGrid%20in%20VMWare.htm]https://<CustomerTennant>.threatwise.metallic.io/TSOC-Help-Hosted/Content/DeceptionGrid%20in%20VMWare.htm

or leverage the link under docs.metallic.io ThreatWise.

The additional option is to download this file from here.

Hi @Michael Mancino

I see and follow the installation document, but my issue that i cant reach how to change the eth0 interface ip.

By default the eth0 interface is static ip not DHCP..  so i dont know the default ip for it and i cant change the ip to make the appliance connect to the TSOC.

even in the document tell me that i can change the eth0 interface ip once i access the console through setup .. but after i access it , i cant find it just i can change the group namr, url and proxy.

Hi @Fadi Alhroub

Eth0 IP should be set as static IP, especially since the requirement is port 5443 and 8443 from this IP to the TSOC URL

Once you login as to setup, the screen after groupID/UID will take you to reconfigure eth0 IP and then you can change it, if you configured eth0 as DHCP you would need to change to static IP option and then reconfigure the IP.

If you will need any further assistance, feel free to submit a case and one of our engineers will work with you closely on this to assist.

Thanks

Mike

Hi @Michael Mancino

Thanks for your informations.

Unfortunatlly, when i enter the setup page and finish setup the group and url i have two options save and back.

I used two option but nothing convert me to eth0 configuration page.

This my issue.

I will try to test in other pc and see, thanks again
