Is it possible to get a history of all the backups commvault has carried on a client out since it was configured? even the pruned/aged jobs?

Hey @Jinmi !  The answer is….it depends.

Once a job is pruned, we only hold onto the job history for so long (configured in Storage>Media Management>Data Aging

https://documentation.commvault.com/11.24/expert/6482_aging_job_history_data.html

Most likely, you have many jobs that are long gone (and so is the history).

You can either increase this threshold or run Weekly Job Summary reports to a network share to preserve that history.
