Cloud Metrics upload failure

Hey Guys,

we got by multiple Customers this Event since yesterday:

Commserve failed to download the proactive support request configuration from the Cloud Metrics Reporting Server.

Commserve failed to connect to Cloud Reporting Server to download scripts.Access the download URL from the explorer and verify.

 

But the DR Upload works fine and the Cloud Metrics Upload Task looks fine too.

Any idea whats wrong here ?

The very first thing to do would be confirming that all the Commvault URLs are allowed. The next step is to review CommservSurveyUtility.log looking for any errors and confirm what type of curl error is recorded there.
