Hi Mike,

Yes i am having the same problem. I tried this method but got no results. I restarted Commvault services. I made a cache commit. However, the result did not change. I will reboot CS tomorrow :)

If not resolved I will open a new issue.

Hey @Hamza Soydan!

The marked answer is:

Can you try to place the file on the C:\temp\ if a temp does not exist create one.

Would be like

C:\temp\Commvault_Maintenance_11_22_22_linux-x8664.tar and then try to copy that again.

If you are having the same issue (and this doesn’t work, I can spawn a new thread just for you and your issue.

Let me know!

@Hamza Soydan , let me know what happens.  ?I’d like to spin this into a new thread since the solution mapped here didn’t work, and therefore it’s a different issue :nerd:

Hi @Mike Struening

Unfortunately, my problem was not solved after the reboot. I opened a case by collecting the logs.
If you want, create a new topic. When the case result comes, I can write the result.

Please share the case number as well!

Hi Mike,

Case number: 210629-157

Hi,

The problem was solved when I tried to copy by downloading the full packages.

Glad to hear it!  Appreciate the follow up!!
