Are there any issues with creating a Secondary Copy for a Plan via the CommCell Console, with the intent of promoting that copy to Primary?
For whatever reason, the Plan isn’t correctly listed within Command Center, and as such I am concerned about causing further issues if attempting the change via Command Center.
Plans are terrible.

If the plan is created in the Commcell console, it should get updated on the Command center as well and that should not cause any issues.
I would suggest you to create a support ticket to review if there is any sync issues with Commcell console and Command Center.

Just a follow up question - I don’t see an option within Command Center to make the new Copy a Primary Copy. Is there an issue, or is this just more missing functionality?

Currently the feature is not available in Command Center. However, there is a roadmap to add that feature in the Command Center and it will published in the Documentation once it is added.
