Hello Team,

I am getting the error while running data aging job. Could you please assist me?

Error Code: [32:332]
Description: Failed to get SQL Chaining Information.

Hi @Garzee,

 

Can you please open a ticket with our Support team?  We will need to review all of the log files to find the root cause of this error and provide a solution.

Hi @Garzee 

This could be due to the option - Honor SQL Chaining for Full jobs on Selective copy for the SQL Server agent jobs. We will need more information such as Data Aging log to troubleshoot this further.

As previously advised by my colleagues. I would suggest to raise a case with Support, please provide CSLogs and a copy of the CSDB for analysis.

There are multiple factor that may cause this condition and we will need to review the logs to better advise on the way forward
