I have 5 years of retained data. Is there a report that can breakdown retained data by year? I’ve tried a job summary and the Data Retention Forecast report but it does not give me the details I’m looking for.

Have at look at these reports on webconsole:

https://cloud.commvault.com/webconsole/softwarestore/#!/135/660/11240
If these are not granular enough on what you need, what you could do is output the Data Retention and Forecast report to CSV then pivot the data in Excel for that info.
