I have a customer who experienced a cyber attack and  his servers hacked and his passwords changed’
I have the Commcell  ID of the Commvault , but there is no access to the customer's email,
Can I recover the password?

The local admin account password in Commvault was changed?

They should definitely get a TR open with Support to see what options they have.

Make sure the last known good DR backup of the CSDB is protected, just in case.
