Hey All,

 

i need to troubleshoot some problems by sending reports. But i dont see the right logfile…. 

 

Could you give me an hint in wich logfile comvault log the mailing ? 

 

I tried to send an test mail and checked the log if one logget an newer timestamp but nothing…

I had an issue with reports that I scheduled to be generated and mailed, that failed to be generated, while mail was sent with that ‘report generation failed’. I tried to detail this in the thread 

This has been fixed by hotfix 4627 :

Schedule Report may fail to generate reports and the process may show Abnormally Terminated

The reports are generated by webconsole, so some errors could be found in the webconsole logs, but I don’t have the details on this. I just applied the latest MR and it worked back.

I would be interested in having the details you’re looking for, if that would later occur, to troubleshoot.
