It only affects a handful of users.
What exactly does the error mean?

Issue: OneDrive issue: Failures: :Error: Empty response from the server.]
Below are the possible reasons.
-- Please check we are not in OneDrive Classic Client
-- Please Check the Azure app ID has not been mistyped in the client configuration on the command center
-- Please make sure One Drive is enabled for the users
-- Please check those accounts having a special page presented when trying to access OneDrive.
-- Set up a 2-way firewall between the proxy servers & the Media Agent and restart the jobs.
If we still have issues, need to investigate more with a TR.
