Hi @Rajinder Prasad

The message suggests you have exceeded the maximum number of operating instances (clients) that your license allows.

There are a few things you can check:

Check Audit Trail to see if new clients have been added unexpectedly.

Check License Summary report to see the counts of clients against your license entitlement

Occasionally clients can consume one type of license unexpectedly, depending on the installation type, so you may have VMs consuming operating instance licenses if agents have been manually installed on those VMs.

Take a look at these other threads for more details:

Thanks,

Stuart

I know 10 Laptop client is consuming the operating instance License.

Please tell me. existing client agent How to free the operating instance license from the client agent and how to apply  Desktop & Laptop License in client agent without Uninstallation.

Hi @Rajinder Prasad

I see you’ve opened up a new thread for your 10 laptop licenses:

Usually laptop license consumption is governed by the client OS.

For example, if the client OS is Windows 10, then it should consume a desktop/laptop license, however, if it’s running Windows Server, then it will consume an OI license.

As you have that new thread opened, I’ll mark this one as answered.

Thanks,

Stuart
