aux copy job was suspended at 98 % but when resumed its 70% or some jobs from 45 to 25%
why the job is not resuming where it suspended ?

This is likely due additional jobs moved to “To be copied” state in the source copy.

Ok, if you right click on the Aux Copu and view jobs, do you see “Partially copied”Jobs?
I wonder if it is just a java glitch where the jobs you selected have not fully completed.

The % is based on application size of the backup jobs selected for process and the amount of data we have processed so far. I would guess when this calculation is done it does not take into consideration if a job that is half way copied or not so the % will jump down, I would expect it to jump back up quite quickly tho.
In my experience i always use the % as a guiding tool but looking at the amount of data processed\to be processed in the GUI and the amount of data on each stream is a better metric to know how much longer the job has to go.
