We are refreshing our hyperscale nodes , and we are creating aux copy and syncing all the jobs and then changing the primary copy ,
we are trying to do the same for DR commserv Storage policy but its failing for some reason, can some one share the best practise to change the Commserv DR policy to our new hyperscal x and migrating existing data

“but its failing for some reason”, could you give some further details please? Does it give you any particular error messages?
I bet your BackupDR Primary Copy has WORM enabled, this is by default and as per design. Before making any changes to the BackupDR Storage Policy Primary Copy, you may need to disabled WORM, to which you will need to raise a case with support to obtain an Auth Code to allow it.
