How can I cancel my Exception Requested in Commvault Learning?

Cannot found any process for Exception Requested and cannot cancel request.

If request to other courses will show the following message.

I got stuck like this:

An error occurred while processing your request

Hi @Donald.C - this appears to be a known issue and I’ve opened a Helpdesk ticket, You may hear directly from our team or I’ll update here if I find out more.

I also have the same problem on cvsa24 course can somebody help me.
