I am using azure cloud and all linux and commserver are under same network and security group
That’s interesting. anything in the log files that helps us narrow down the issue?

/var/log/commvault/Log_Files

A quick network test would be to telnet to the CommServe from the machine where you are installing via port 8400 and 8403. See if the connection opens (you wont see any text but it should connect).
