Linux Manually installation error

I have already open the port 139,135,445,8400,8403, and disable the firewall as well

@kumar , can you confirm telnet communication on 8400 and 8403?

What are the logs showing in the install?

Hi @Mike Struening  yes port is open as I have installed push on my another Linux agent Virtual machine its working fine.

 

I am using azure cloud and all linux and commserver are under same network and security group

That’s interesting.  anything in the log files that helps us narrow down the issue?

You can find them on the client here:

/var/log/commvault/Log_Files

A quick network test would be to telnet to the CommServe from the machine where you are installing via port 8400 and 8403. See if the connection opens (you wont see any text but it should connect).
