How to subscribe for updates and notificationsTutorial

How to get email notifications on things you’re interested in or want to follow…..“Subscribing” to content on the community is the best way to keep up to date on topics and conversations. It’s easy to keep track of everything. Here are couple helpful hints. Subscribing to entire categories or forumsIf you find that there‘s a specific area of the community that is particularly interesting, you can subscribe to that entire subforum. Simply click on the ‘Subscribe’ button on the top right of the page. New Education Advantage Customer Portal

I try to purchase exams like Certified Expert .I saw that the old site https://ea.commvault.com/ are “moved “ to https://commvault.csod.com/loginWhen I try to access on It ALL my old certification are not reported !!!!BUT if I follow the link from old cert.notification (2022) I can still access to the old https://ea.commvault.com where my previous certifications still present .How can I move to get exams for Certified expert 11.XX.X Exams ?Thank you

So long, farewell.....

Fellow community members, Today is my last working day at Commvault, and I wanted to leave you all with a message of my appreciation and gratitude. 2 years ago, we were just about to launch an extremely ambitious project: a new and improved Commvault community. Our previous community never received much attention, so our expectations were a bit tempered. When the community launched, we could not have been happier! Fast forward 2 years and we have over 9000 members, with over 4000 topics! I'm beyond proud of everything we have all built together. Our world grows smaller every day. I have no doubt that this won't be the last time we speak with each other (there's always LinkedIn :-)). Keep helping each other and growing together. This community's best days are still ahead! Self paced course and exam include for professional certification

Hi,I have completed the self-paced professional courses, foundational 11.26.2 and advanced comcell console by taking and completing the exams included in the course. I received also the two badges from Credly. From the partner advantage site, they all appear to have passed and I have received the two badges for professional certified and advanced configuration, but I have no way to download the PDF of the professional certification. From the EA site, I do not see the course participation or the certification.thanks

How to earn badges

Participation of course! 🤩 🤩 🤩 For all the actions you take in the community, including…asking questions starting conversations answering questions participating in conversations sharing best practices… you are awarded points and those eventually add up into automatically applied badges that appear on your avatar and profile. There are also some special manually applied badges that the community team can use to recognize members. For example, you’ll see that some early participants in our community received Founding Member badges. And finally there are external programs like Commvault’s Expert Certification Program by which Commvault administrators and engineers have earned “Certified Expert” rank that is reflected in the community. Cannot take commvault certified professional exam

Hi,I had a problem when I wanted to take the professional certification exam where previously I had taken the free exam first but I failed the free exam. And when I wanted to take the paid exam again, I couldn't continue because my free exam failed. Please provide information regarding my problem.

I apologize ahead of time for how this may come off. Please do not get it from, I love this Forum and I do appreciate the hard work it takes to build and maintain this forum.that said: This is obnoxious:MAKE THIS GO AWAYI understand that one of the problems with forums is that people are likely to ask questions that have already been answered but there are 4 problems with this specific solution. IT DOESN’T WORK - This speaks to a larger related problem specifically searching the support site, namely that if I search for something using the exact keywords, not only will it not find it, it will find things completely, totally, and comically unrelated. The heading that says it will provide related topics provides 8 suggestions that could not possibly be more unrelated. When you are typing on a smaller screen it takes up 80% of the screen while you are trying to type, in other words I have less space to type what I am looking for help with than is dedicated to a search that is suggesting s

Recommendations and Requests for CommandCenter interface

Hello!My company has been using CommVault software for many years, and we have enjoyed all of its features and reliability. Now that the transition to the web-based Command Center is occurring, I have two requests/recommendations for the interface. Could this feature be included in the Slot View window? or is there another window which can display this information? 1: Could the Job Controller and Media-in-Library tabs be included as options to include on the Overview Dashboard? I realize the information in these could be quite extensive, but might it be possible? 2: Because my company consistently works with 25-35 tapes in the library at any given time, it is sometimes annoying to click between pages of 30 tapes in the “Slot View” window, because each page only contains twenty tapes. This problem is compounded by empty slots being displayed with the same space in the list as an actual tape in the library. This causes the list of tapes to spill onto several pages.
