Just to add to the great detail provided by Stuart….I’m not sure of the level of detail you need but you can get reasonable details for all Subclients of an app type under FR24 using clientId=0 in the following with PropertyLevel=20. Adjust the applicationID to suitGET /Subclient?clientId=0&applicationId=106&PropertyLevel=20&includeVMPseudoSubclients=false Does that provide the level of information you need or is it something more/less than that?
There is a SQL CommCell View with currentThroughput for running backup jobs in the job controller. You can simply run the SQL query to sum on that columnSELECT SUM(currentThroughput) AS CurrentThroughputFROM [CommServ].[dbo].[RunningBackups]
So, if your package state is extracted it’s a simple case for Windows of setup.exe /installupdates /silentLet us know of the specific OS and package state as I’m sure there is more to the scenario that I've simply glazed over.
@Kris Agree that there is always scope to improve integration. Just so you are aware of what can be done right now though, it is a bit better than scripting. With a basic Commvault Workflow configured against one or more alert to open/update Incidents in ServiceNow and record the incident details within Commvault. Couple that with a basic Commvault Custom Report then you can get incidents opened against the failed backup jobs. You can then have ServiceNow call Commvault to update the recorded status of that incident in Commvault if you wanted. Another thing customers do is have the workflow use the audit note on clients to record Incident details on the Client so they can be viewed in the console. Workflows and APIs

Hi @iConsultant,I’ve just tested in FR22.13 also.The behaviour for any new SharePoint Online Apps added via Command Center is that a Client does indeed get created but it will not show in CommCell Console. It will only ever be visible in Command Center as far as I understand. This is expected behaviour.The description by @MichaelCapon is true up to FR21 I believe where SharePoint Online Apps added are appended with ‘(Classic)’ as you’ve noted. Chris
