Have I missed a change in the requirements for access the expert documentation view? Pages & links to it redirect me to an msonline login rather than using my existing customer login session.

It sounds like there is an issue, and it’s defaulting to the Commvault Employee / Microsoft-based authentication method, rather than showing the "Continue Authentication As" screen.

Could you confirm if you are still having issues please?

When I try to sample link it redirects me to choose the type of authentication I want to use;

 


We had a temporary issue with our SSO configuration. This should be resolved now.
