Assuming you are using the classic CommCell Console interface, when you go to the properties of a storage policy copy, you should see a deduplication tab there which will give you details. Looking at diagnostic data being sent to the cloud, it looks like deduplication is enabled - using your Maintenance Advantage or commvault cloud account (the same one you used to login to the Community) you can check it out on this report.
When deduplication is enabled on the source and destination copy, Dash copy should be used by default.
Is there a specific challenge you are facing where you think dedupe is enabled or not enabled or dash is not working correctly?

Are you pointing the Storage Policy Copy to GDDB/StoragePool here? Or creating a new DDB for this Copy? - If so, The copy should use Deduplication.
From the Storage Policy, the copies should show if Deduplication is enabled.
