Hello everybody, there is a requirement from the Customer to identify the nodes which are currently backed up in Commvault. There are some nodes which runs once in 30 days. To make sure all the nodes are covered, I am planning to generate a job summary report of last 40 days in excel and sort with "remove duplicate" option to remove duplicate entry and share with Customer. Please let me know if this is the correct way or I am missing something.

Hello Amit,

I would like to point you towards the “SLA Report”. You can use this report to verify the last backup times for the enabled clients (to report on SLA is enabled by default at the subclient level).

https://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=39082.htm

Other reports that may be helpful:

The Subclient Backup Coverage report:  https://cloud.commvault.com/webconsole/softwarestore/store.do#!/135/660/11296

Last Full job for each subclient: https://cloud.commvault.com/webconsole/softwarestore/store.do#!/135/660/13937

Hi Amit,

If you are going to sue the Job Summary Report you can select the “Latest Trends” option so that you only see the latest job for each Subclient:

The reports that Christian suggested above are worth checking also.

Best Regards,
Michael
