"DataBase Error" when using single-sign on to login into the CommCell

Hi,

I got a “DataBase Error” message while using my usual AD account  (single-sign-on) to log into the CommCell (this was always working until now)

Could anybody tell me if this is the error on the AD account, or on the CommCell side ?
