Hi Team,

 

We are configured FSO and try to perform a file server optimization on a file server (size 30TB ).now we are getting  error regarding the index server .

 

Error : Error Code: [72:106]
Description: Failed to send
    data to Index Engine. Please verify that the Index Engine is running.

Hello @Vineeth M 

If you right click > View Logs on the FSO job, are there any errors that state more specifically what the issue is? It is possible that ports are blocked between the data reader and the index server.

 

Can you confirm ports 8400, 8403, and 20000 are open between the data reader and the index server?
