Sap hana restore failing

We are getting below error while doing sap hana cross restore

SAP HANA Error[Could not figure out os username].

..

Os username is correct as well. Can someone help

Hi @Someones

Could you increase the debug on clHanaagent to 6

Rerun the restore and review the clHanaagemt.log on the destination

Also look for restore.out file in the job results directory on the destination machine

Ensure the destination has <SID>adm configured as the OS user
