Hi @ITStorageEWL

Can you please follow these steps and let me know if that fixes the issue:

1) Open the Commcell Console

2) Click on Home in the Upper left of the Ribbon Bar

3) Then Click on Alert

4) In the Alerts window find the alert "File Activity Anomaly Alert"

5) Click on the alert and then click on the Edit button

6) In the left hand pane click on "3. Threshold and Notification Criteria Selection"

7) From the event code remove |7:293.

8) Click on finish.

Then wait for 24 hours and then check the report in Command Center.

I just reread the line, then saw your post.  My apologies!  I unmarked the answer.

That was the consistent answer I have found.  I would suggest opening a support case to have a deeper dive into this then.

Once you do, share the case number with me so I can track it.
