Can anyone tell me if it is possible to create an alert for any commissioned or created commvault to inform that it is his first backup
Example:
"I created a new client to be backed up, as soon as you run the first job it will inform you that it is your first backup and it was successfully completed"

I’m not aware of any alert that does this, though I imagine you could create a Workflow that that tracks the latest subclient ID (and increases it accordingly), and monitors all backups per subclient and sends an alert when subclients with an ID above the previous max number runs successfully?

I need to create an automatic alert in Commvault that notifies each individual client machine (or concerned party) when his backup job fails and only the individual client will get the the alert mail whose backup jobs are getting failed not other client agents except commvault admin. Is it possible??
