DB type- SQL

I have a DB server, and I am trying to take a DB aware backup.

For one of its DB i received an error as below.

Error encountered during backup. Error Code: d9001 - Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Common.ExecutionFailureException:The log for database 'Engage' is not available. Check the event log for related error messages. Resolve any errors and restart the database. A nonrecoverable I/O error occurred on file "ebd391bc-0029-4c57-88ee-c1ca5bc08102:" 995(The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request.). BACKUP DATABASE is terminating abnormally. An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch.]

 

Error received for DB server.

Error summary

Error code: o30:324]

Description: Error encountered when closing the virtual device. Please see SQL Server vdi.log for more details.

Microsoft SQL Server is returning the error during the attempt to backup the database.

please share SQLBACKUP.log from client DB server possible to check for more details.
