CV-BKRC-FT == Commvault Disaster Recovery for Non-Virtual and File
CV-DR-FT == Commvault Backup & Recovery For Non-Virtual and File

So, the first one is for the core function e.g. backup recovery and the second one is for the DR capability.

For that I would reach out to your account team to get the updated list with all the SKUs. As for CV-BKRC-EP as far as I'm aware there is no size limit; only a limit that allows 5 devices per user and for SaaS 3. I'm however not aware what that SaaS limit really entails.
