Hello, I have an issue about snap jobs. below is the error I get
Failed to prepare snapshot. : [Error in Initializing the HDS container context. Error[62602:Failed to acquire the login lock.]]
Source: SV-APP-MA01, Process: vsbkp

I cannot find that error, what Commvault and HDS version are you using?
Can you manually take a Snapshot of that LUN from HDS?
I would recommend you log a case with Support so we can check and confirm.
