I Open command center and go to reports, then Backup Summary. I modify the default to only show the critical servers I want to check each morning. I save it as a view then go to schedule and create  job schedule to run daily. That works great, but if I decide to modify anything in the existing view, it seems like I have to delete everything and start over. Is there a way to modify a view? In the commcell job scheduler the edit is grayed out on the scheduled job I have created. It just is frustrating to have to start from scratch every time I want to add a server change anything

If the biggest pain point is adding / removing clients, I would recommend you use a Client Computer Group rather than specifying individual Clients.

I don’t believe the scheduled reports are in any way linked to the View, but rather just retain the applied settings at the time the schedule was created. If you want to modify those settings, you will need to do so via Command Center (Command Center / Web Console Reports cannot be modified via the CommCell Console):

Command Center > Reports > Actions > View Schedules.

From the Schedules list select the appropriate scheduled report,

From the scheduled report properties page, press Edit

From the Modify Schedule page, press EDIT REPORT SETTINGS

Make the necessary changes, and press Update Report Settings.
