Is your 2024 a fresh install, or an upgrade?  See the KB article below.  If you read the full KB you will find a way to get temporary CommCell Console access, if necessary.

Use of CommCell Console from new Platform Release 2024 (11.34) deployments
https://kb.commvault.com/article/82051

Transition to Command Center UI: New deployments using version 11.34 and onwards will be managed exclusively through our Command Center user interface.

Continued Support for Existing Users: For our existing customers who installed their CommCell prior to 2024 (11.34), there will be no change.

Thanks,
Scott

Hi @housti ,

Was the Commcell Console package deployed during the install?

In addition, as my colleagues as already flagged, if this is a fresh install of FR34 it will not have access to the Commcell Console by default, you will need to request a 24hrs Auth Code to access it temporarily.

Assuming your situation allows for CommCell Console, here’s how you would:

Opening the CommCell Console Using the Command Line Interface
https://documentation.commvault.com/2023e/expert/opening_commcell_console_using_command_line_interface.html

From the software_installation_directory/GUI directory, type:  java -jar netx.jar

Note: You will need to have Java installed on the server, too, if it’s not already.

Thanks,
Scott
