error while installing failover instance

Hi,

we are setting up new passive setup for one of our customer. during installation of failover instance we are getting below.

Could you confirm whether Live Sync was installed previously on the current setup?
Additionally, are we removing a previous instance and attempting to reinstall it?


The error appears to be caused by stale entries from a previous installation. To proceed with a successful reinstallation of Instance 2, we may need to clean up the stale entries first and start from fresh with new client name.
