Do you have a crypto course

Hi,

Could you please share more details about this course, such as whether it's related to Cryptography or another subject? I want to ensure we provide accurate information.

Thanks,

Roy

I really like the readiverse material, so keep up the good job! I do have a request: many Enterprise customers and in particular MSPs have end customers who use their platform or use Commvault SaaS in whitelabel and those customers can't access the readiverse material. I'm looking in particular for feature release information that in particular focuses on enhancements who are visible to end users. The reason is simple: we also need to inform customers when we perform platform upgrades and share what enhancements are being added that can be used to satisfy business needs. Would it be possible to add sometime like this that can be exported and shared with end customers.

Thank you so much for the feedback, Onno and I’m really glad to hear you’re finding value in the Readiverse material!
You raise an important point about Enterprise and MSP use cases where end customers not having access to Readiverse but still need visibility into end-user–facing enhancements. I’ll take this back internally to find out more and understand the best way to work on this feedback. Once I have clarity on what’s possible and the right next steps, I’ll share an update.

Best Regards,

Roy

Hi Onno,

I Just wanted to give you a quick update on this and say thanks for being patient. So, for Readiverse, the sign in process can’t be altered. But good news, we have a MSP group specifically for getting feedback and answering questions, and you're already a part of it! So feel free to share any thoughts, suggestions, or questions about this topic and our MSP team will gladly help you out.

Best Regards,

Roy

Sorry to say but this feels to me like please move to the next counter because we are unable to help you with your request. I may assume many Vaulters including the ones part of the who relate to the MSP group read along here as well. In addition my request is not only targeting MSPs but more in general Commvault customers who have application teams managing their own data protection requirements through Commvault. Being able to advert easily the Feature Release enhancements to internal customers is a topic there as well. I truly believe this will drive consumption and therefore sales/revenue, prevent shadow IT at the customer side and increase branding.
