As Commvault excels in cyber resilience—through integration with other cloud and security vendors and significant enhancements to its software portfolio with new security products—I never imagined they would also make such impressive changes to their education center. I’ve been using Commvault for almost four years and have completed nearly all their courses, starting with Sales Professional, Technical Sales, Solution Architect/Platform Architect, Commvault Professional, Advanced Professional, and Core and Focus Enablement.
However, I was initially skeptical about the new course, Commvault Support Foundations 2024, thinking it wouldn’t offer much new information. I was wrong! The course consists of three modules, starting with Commvault Support Basics, where you’ll gain a deeper understanding of data protection concepts. The second lesson, CommCell 101, is quick but invaluable for anyone new to Commvault. The second and third modules cover essential topics such as data retention, Commvault’s scalability functionality, monitoring and reporting, networking, and troubleshooting.
Overall, I highly recommend exploring these new offerings!
