Good afternoon,I completed the Cyber Resiliency course on the Readiverse portal and took the exam on 04/20, but I still haven't received the certificate or badge from Credly.
Can anyone help?

That is strange - you should have certainly have received it soon after completion. I’ll have the team check it out. You can also head over to credly and login directly (with your same email) and see if your badge is there, in case the email got caught up in spam or something.
