Hi,
A colleague and I both had pending exam vouchers for the CommVault Foundations exam and have now lost access to https://commvault.csod.com/
I have tried to reset the password for this site, but no password reset is coming through and it looks like the content\exam voucher has not been moved over to the Readiverse portal. Could someone please look into this as these vouchers were valid until 2027 I believe.

Hi Jem, please send me a direct message with your names and email addresses so I can look into this for you. We recently migrated to a new learning platform so that link to “commvault.csod.com” is no longer valid. However, if your vouchers are current we will help you carry them over to the Readiverse. The new link is readiverse.commvault.com.
