Since Metallic is a SaaS service, we recommend completing the Commvault Engineer Certification, which includes training on Command Center operations.

To clarify Pradeep’s guidance, while we do not have certification courses for Metallic we are launching new training materials soon. The link for readiverse.commvault.com is correct. Keep your eye on that site.

@JamesACS regarding your other question regarding portal access - there is not cost for accessing the portal, and there is a mix of fee-based and free / on-demand trainings there and we’ll be adding more soon. ​@Suzanne Klausner does this include an updated Expert course? Last time it was refreshed is several years ago and as many things have changed including the shift from data protection to data security I really think it is time to put this all together. Additionally a training course it not only meant to gain knowledge about the innerworkings, but also allows Commvault to demonstrate its potential and possibilities. Think off blending in capabilities like Threat Scan, Threatwise but also the latest additions like Rewind. This is also why others are pushing hard on certifications and even making them mandatory as part of their benefit programs.
