adding metallic in commvault command center - access denied

i tried adding metallic console in command center it went successful , however while trying access it , it says permission denied, 

now i am not able unlink as well

Hi @Ajal ,

 

I would request you to open a ticket with Commvault Support to check on this further and get this fixed.
