I would like to see your kind advice on the CV cloud storage issues. With CV cloud no longer offer unlimited data storage, how do you manage the storage size?
- Currently i have 29 TB of data (365 email, sharepoint, onedrive, where 80% of the storage used is from 365 email).
- The above is 3 years plus of data, my current retention policies is unlimited. Max that i can set is 7 years due to business requirement for certain group of users. Other users i can set a shorter retention policy. But CV cloud doesn’t allow setting different retention policy for different group of user.
How do you all
- Manage the backup size
- Store your backup, do you use other storage for your CV cloud?
