The stadard offering would need to be removed and the agent on the DC server would need to be removed before the new Enterprise version can be installed as the enterprise edition is a replacement of the standard edition.
If you cannot find it in the price book, please contact your Commvault Sales rep and ask for a quote.
Please note that at this point-in-time the product is exclusive on our SaaS platform

I apologize for making two additional questions:
1.-Commvault Cloud Backup & Recovery SaaS for Active Directory (Metallic MTL-AD-USR) is the standard version that you have mentioned?
2.-May you please confirm that if the customer buys the subscription for Commvault Cloud for Active Directory Enterprise Edition, then they don´t have to pay the subscription for MTL-AD-USR?

Hi Paul, I can't comment without having all the details. I highly recommend contacting your account manager or partner business manager to confirm the contractual status of the specific client you are referring to.
The Enterprise Edition for Active Directory includes all features of the Standard Edition; thus, it is either one or the other, not both.
