Where do i change the recipients of these alerts?

Hello,

Thank you for using Commvault Cloud. Your user count for the following subscription in <company> has exceeded 100% of user licenses purchased.

Office 365 - Enterprise

We have begun a 60-day grace period before pausing backups and you now have xx days remaining. If user counts continue to exceed 100% after the grace period, backups will be paused.

To purchase additional users, please contact your Commvault customer success manager or Commvault reseller partner.

When customers exceed 100% of their purchased users, the Commvault Cloud software sends an alert notification to all tenant administrators to request that they purchase additional user licenses. The alert notification also warns the tenant administrators that backups will stop if the number of users exceeds what they have purchased.

Hello @Pratik,

Can this be modified to not include ALL tenant administrators? Is there a way to modify this like the alert mails?

What if i want to include a licensing employee without giving him admin priviliges?

This is the default alert configuration as if one Tenant admin is not available, then others can take care.  

If you have any specific requirement, you could raise a support ticket or reach out to your Account representative for any customization options (if any).
