We just started using Metallic to backup SharePoint online. We tested 17 sites. The jobs are complete, but a lot of data is missing. Did anyone else experience this?

To confirm, are you saying that there is data missing from the 17 sites, or sites that were not captured in a full backup (post testing)?
What kind of data is missing? Is it consistent in type or size?
I see that someone in your org has an incident opened for SharePoint backups failing….is that the same issue/sites involved?
Mike, thanks for replying. We have a case open, but I was wondering if any other customers experienced this issue. The missing data in our SP libraries isn’t consistent and we’re hoping support engineers can resolve. The 17 sites were backed up, but there are folders/data missing in the Metallic backups. Thanks.
