Hello, I do not see an Add button under the Media Agents list.

I am a Tenant Admin. Is there anything I am missing?

In the Command Center, as a Tenant Admin, you should have the necessary permissions to see the 'Add' button under the Media Agents list. If the button is not visible, it might be due to permission restrictions or a configuration issue. Here are the steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Check Permissions: Ensure that your user role has the necessary permissions to manage Media Agents. You might need to contact your master admin to verify or modify your permissions.
2. Refresh the Interface: Sometimes, a simple refresh or re-login can help in reflecting the changes or updates in the Command Center.
3. Contact Support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it may be beneficial to contact Commvault support for further assistance as there might be specific settings or issues related to your environment that need addressing.

I really appreciate the help!!! I was told by support that the commands I was trying to use are for on-prem and what I have is in the cloud. So the commands are not applicable. I was given a package to download and apply to the system.  Again, thanks!!!
