We are try to ingestion job EV to commvault .After the ingestion jobs the mailbox items are seems duplicated i uploads to screenshot about this issue .Content index jobs was complated before but still have this issue

based on screesnshot, please confirm possible reason it may create duplciates is ,if the pst ingestion was done before mailbox archive job

To avoid duplicate folders, it is recommended to run user mailbox archive job prior to PST ingestion job for given mailbox.
If that is not case please have support ticket raises so we can further investigate.
I think we need to convert a case because after archive and content index nothing chance
