Hello all,

Just in case you are seeing similar errors in the last day or so. There appears to have been an update to the MSFT APIs we use to protect mail in M365. You may see errors similar to:

"Not allowed to access Non IPM folder"

Or you notice that the CVMailBackup.exe process crashes on the access nodes.

My early understanding of this issue is that we have released an updated MR for the versions below that may resolve this.

  • SP28:
    • Install 11.28.111 or higher
  • SP32:
    • Install 11.32.48 or higher
  • SP34:
    • Install 11.34.20 or higher

I have had one customer update to this on their access nodes and are not currently seeing any errors.
