I’m not seeing anything either in our docs.  Have you checked with the vendor to see if they have any scripted means to present the data to a file system?

Let me know if they have any advice and we can go from there.

Thanks for the help, however, the client stopped being involved in the integration of the Autodesk BIM 360 platform with Commvault.

Can we please reopen the question. BIM 360 is a cloud platform by Autodesk. Data is stored in Autodesk's private cloud. 

Is there any way we can backup it?
