Hello. Team

I am backing data on my OVMM and I am getting the error below:

Could you help on what could be the cause of this and possible resolution?

Hi @Mubaraq ,

From the error “Error: Refusing to reconfigure device” , it seems like there is a disk or ISO mounted to this proxy server which is causing the issue.

Please check if this proxy server has any ISO or disk mounted to it and get it unmounted which should resolve this issue.

Hello. @GnanaPrakasam , we have checked; there is actually no ISO or disk mounted on the proxy.

Is there any other thing that could be the issue?
