Hello @Job Cleanup

Thanks for raising this question, can you please provide further context?

A job once passed retention and is not required for anything else will be marked to be aged when the data aging job runs. If a job is not being marked as aged then it may be retained for some other reason outside of retention.

The Data Forecast and compliance report is very useful in finding out why data being being retained.

If you are referring to data that has been marked as aged but is not being cleaned up on the disk its self as quick as you would expect that may require a deeper look into what is causing the slowness and a support case would be recommended for that investigation.

Kind regards
