Backup oracle wallet failed on full backup

Our system run on ODA-DBSYSTEM, Error seem about can not copy wallet from asm disk.

Oracle Wallet backup phase in version 11.32, the entire TDE datafiles are being copied onto the local filesystem incorrectly. Could you please confirm is the Commvault agent version used here is V11SP32?

Hi Gayathri, My Commvault version Included from Maintenance Release 11.32.42 (Feb 06, 2024).

I see on some hot fix update release, Can it be relate to fix this problem ?

DEV team has released a patch for this issue on versions starting from 11.32.35. Please install the below diagnostics patch on RAC nodes

Procedure on Linux client  
--------------------------
1. Download the DIAG on a windows machine for respective OS 
2. Move / Copy the DIAG to Linux Client 
3. Login to the machine where the DIAG was copied /Moved as root 
4. Extract the DIAG 
5. cd to the extracted DIAG directory 
6. run the command "./InstallUpdates  "
7. Follow the screen.
